Build a flexible counselling practice with a supportive, values-driven team.

Everest Therapeutics is growing. We are seeking compassionate, client-centred social workers and counselling therapists for in-person opportunities in Moncton, New Brunswick, and Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as virtual counselling opportunities across Atlantic Canada and Ontario.

Whether you want to build a private-practice caseload, supplement another position or create a more flexible way of working, Everest offers the independence of private practice with the support of a collaborative clinical team.

Find the Flexibility of Private Practice Without Doing Everything Alone

At Everest Therapeutics, clinicians have the freedom to shape their schedules, identify the populations they are passionate about supporting and develop a caseload that fits their professional and personal commitments.

Our clinicians provide in-person counselling from our locations in Moncton, NB, and Gander, NL, along with secure virtual counselling throughout New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Ontario.

We are building a team of thoughtful, skilled and approachable clinicians who believe therapy should be responsive, practical and centred around each client’s individual needs.
