Jenelle is a Registered Social Worker providing virtual counselling to adults across Ontario and New Brunswick. She offers a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach, helping clients better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful change.
Jenelle supports adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, overwhelm, stress, burnout, complex trauma, childhood trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation challenges. She has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent adults, including individuals navigating ADHD in adulthood, late-diagnosed ADHD, rejection sensitivity, masking, people-pleasing, and difficulties with boundaries.
