About Our Services

Choose How You Connect

Therapy should be accessible in a format that works for you. Depending on the clinician and service, appointments may be available through:

  • In-person counselling in Moncton, New Brunswick, and Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador

  • Video counselling through a secure virtual platform

  • Telephone counselling for clients who prefer to speak without video

  • Chat therapy through secure, live text-based appointments

Our online therapists support clients across New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Ontario. Each clinician is registered in different provinces, so availability will depend on your location and the therapist you choose.

Counselling for Different Needs and Stages of Life

Our clinicians provide individual, couples and youth counselling for concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, grief, burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, body image and emotional regulation.

Treatment is not one-size-fits-all. Our team draws from evidence-informed clinical approaches such as attachment-based therapy, CBT and DBT-informed care, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy and other specialized approaches.

ADHD Assessments in Newfoundland and Labrador

Everest Therapeutics provides comprehensive ADHD assessments for youth and adults throughout Newfoundland and Labrador. Assessment appointments are available virtually across the province and in person in Gander.

The assessment process explores attention, executive functioning, developmental history and the ways possible ADHD symptoms affect everyday life. Clients receive individualized recommendations to help them better understand their needs and identify appropriate next steps.
