Danielle is a Registered Social Worker providing virtual counselling across Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia & New Brunswick. She supports individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, stress, burnout, self-esteem challenges, relationship separation, and life transitions.
Danielle has a particular interest in working with clients navigating obsessive thoughts, intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviours, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and the impact of trauma on daily life. She understands how overwhelming it can feel when anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, relationship changes, or past experiences begin to affect overall well-being.
Danielle has completed training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, ADHD-informed interventions, and Complex Trauma. She works with clients exploring the impact of childhood trauma, childhood abuse, intergenerational trauma, family dynamics, attachment patterns, relationship challenges, separation, and early life experiences on their current emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centred. Danielle combines evidence-based strategies with a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen self-esteem, and better understand their patterns and experiences.
Whether you're seeking support for OCD, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, ADHD, childhood trauma, childhood abuse, relationship separation, divorce, intergenerational trauma, emotional regulation, family challenges, or major life transitions, Danielle provides a safe and supportive space to help you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
