Courtney is a registered social worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and relationship stress. She offers therapy in Moncton, New Brunswick, with virtual sessions available across Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Ontario.

Her work is trauma-informed and integrative. She draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and evidence-based trauma approaches, including tri-phase safety and stabilization. Her training also includes integrative couples therapy, allowing her to support both individual and relationship-based work.
