Courtney MSW, RSW is a Registered Social Worker and the founder of Everest Therapeutics. She provides virtual counselling across Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Ontario, and Nunavut, as well as in-person counselling in Moncton, New Brunswick.
Courtney works with adults and couples navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, workplace stress, complex trauma, grief, relationship challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and major life transitions. She has a particular interest in supporting adults with ADHD, including those experiencing rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD), overwhelm, procrastination, perfectionism, people-pleasing, masking, and the emotional impact of living with a neurodivergent brain.
Many of Courtney's clients are high-functioning individuals who appear to have it all together on the outside but feel exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. They may struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, work-related burnout, or the lingering effects of difficult life experiences and trauma.
Courtney is an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and has completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples and Couples & Sex Therapy. Her approach integrates evidence-based therapies with practical, real-world strategies that clients can apply in their everyday lives.
She believes therapy should feel human, collaborative, and grounded in real life. Whether you're navigating ADHD, rejection sensitivity, trauma, grief, workplace stress, communication difficulties, relationship conflict, or a major life transition, Courtney offers a supportive space to better understand yourself, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
Clients often describe Courtney as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. Her goal is to help people feel less overwhelmed, more connected to themselves and others, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
