Jenelle – Therapist in Ontario & Atlantic Canada (ADHD, Trauma & Relationship Support)
Jenelle is a Registered Social Worker offering individual therapy to adults in Ontario and across Atlantic Canada through virtual sessions. She supports clients navigating trauma, ADHD, intimate partner violence, and major life transitions.
Jenelle brings a compassionate, grounded, and client-centred approach to her work. She creates a space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood — particularly when navigating complex or overwhelming experiences. Her work is rooted in inclusion, empathy, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
Jenelle has a particular focus on ADHD, trauma, and supporting individuals impacted by intimate partner violence. She also works with clients navigating disability, identity, and life transitions, helping them build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.
Her approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside somatic practices and a growing interest in Internal Family Systems (IFS). This allows her to support both emotional processing and practical skill-building in a way that feels balanced and sustainable.
Many clients come to Jenelle feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, trauma, or relationship challenges, she offers a steady, non-judgemental space to explore what’s going on and move forward at your own pace.
Jenelle offers evening and weekend availability, providing flexible and accessible virtual therapy for clients balancing busy schedules.
